My family's background in manufacturing motorcycle components introduced me to the mechanical and the industrial, while the influential women entrepreneurs in my life infused a sense of the feminine and the elegant. These dual influences are evident in my design ethos, where I continually strive to explore the narrative potential of structural elements. My education at Central Saint Martins allowed me to refine this approach, blending avant-garde innovation with classical aesthetics.
In my work, I attempt to bridge these worlds—drawing from the revolutionary and the traditional to tell stories that resonate with both past and future. By starting from structure and pushing the boundaries of silhouette and form, I seek to create fashion that is not only wearable but also profoundly expressive of the intricate balance between strength and grace, much like the city where I first learned to see the world.
